Will you write my resume and cover letter for me?
When you book a Resume and/or Cover Letter appointment we’ll review your documents, teach you how to write about your skills/education/experience, discuss how you can improve your layout, and explain ways to target your industry. We won’t write your documents for you, because we firmly believe your resume needs to represent you as a candidate – not be written in our words. It’s important for you to know how to market yourself so you are prepared for whenever new opportunities come up. After your appointment, and once you’re finished creating or updating your resume and/or cover letter, we will provide a one-time review and edit of your documents, offering feedback via email so you can feel confident with your final version.
Once I've purchased a workbook, how will I receive it?
You will receive an email welcoming you to Windrose Coaching Studio which will contain your account information. With this account, you are able to log in to see your purchase history and access your downloads at any time. You will also receive an email containing your purchase information along with a direct link to download your workbook. From there, you can save a copy to your computer or print it out. Remember, you can always come back to this email or log back into your account if you need to download the workbook again in the future.
Can I share my workbook with my friends and family?
No. Each person is required to purchase a workbook for their individual use. When you purchase a workbook you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty free license for your non-commercial purposes only to access the content or materials provided to you. If I’m not satisfied, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no. All workbooks and counselling/coaching appointments are non-refundable. If you have questions about our products and/or services prior to purchasing please contact us and we are happy to answer your questions.
What is your cancellation policy for appointments?
You have 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule without your credit card being charged. If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment you will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment. This process will occur automatically through our booking and payment system provider.
What happens if I don’t complete my career assessment before my appointment?
When you book a career assessment appointment you are required to complete your assessment prior to the appointment time. If you don’t complete your assessment at least 24 hours before, the appointment will be changed to a career counselling and coaching appointment because we will not have a results report to share with you.
I live outside of Canada, can I still purchase a workbook?
Yes! Anyone can purchase a workbook. If you have questions about whether our products and services are right for you please contact us.
