After purchasing, you’ll receive two emails: a welcome email with your account information, and a separate email with your purchase confirmation and a direct download link. You can save or print your workbook, and re-download it anytime by logging into your account or returning to your confirmation email.

All workbook and appointment purchases are non-refundable. If you have questions about our products or services before purchasing, we’re happy to help — just reach out.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. This is processed automatically through our booking and payment system.

When you book a Career Assessment appointment you are required to complete your assessment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If you don’t complete your assessment, the appointment will be changed to a Career Counselling and Coaching appointment because we will not have a results report to share with you.
