To get started with a career assessment, book a 60-minute, virtual Career Clarity Appointment where we’ll talk about your career, discuss your goals, explore your ideas, and understand how you’re hoping a career assessment can help. You will identify your top 3 career priorities and decide which assessment meets your needs. 

Following your Career Clarity Appointment, you’ll be emailed a link to book your 60-minute, virtual Assessment Results Appointment. Once your Results Appointment is booked, you’ll be emailed a link to complete the assessment itself, which is completed independently and at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

During your Assessment Results Appointment, we’ll explore your assessment report and discuss how you can use your results to make progress on your career priorities. You’ll receive a PDF copy of your report as well as resources to help you dive deeper into your results.

Help your teen find a direction they’re excited about.

Choosing a career or education path can be overwhelming for your high school student. You want to help them feel confident in making a decision about their future and you don’t have to figure it out alone. Career assessments for high school students provide structured guidance and insight into their interests and personality so they can explore their options and make a confident, informed decision.

Specifically for high school students, these 75-minute, virtual Career Assessment Appointments use the Strong Interest Inventory 244 (link to Strong section) assessment to help teens choose a career or education path.

During this appointment, we’ll get to know the student and learn about their career ideas, explore a list of career options and educational programs that match their interests, and discuss how they can use the assessment results to make a decision about their future. Following the appointment, we’ll email you a PDF copy of your teen’s Strong 244 report, which includes resources for exploring their options in greater detail, as well as a summary of the ideas and key concepts discussed. See below to read more about the Strong 244 and to view a sample report. Career Assessment Appointments for High School students are virtual and must be booked at least one week in advance. Once you’ve booked the appointment, we’ll send you a link so your teen can independently complete the Strong 244 assessment. The assessment must be completed at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
