How Career Assessment Appointments Work

To get started with a career assessment, book a 60-minute, virtual Career Clarity Appointment where we’ll talk about your career, discuss your goals, explore your ideas, and understand how you’re hoping a career assessment can help. You will identify your top 3 career priorities and decide which assessment meets your needs. 

Following your Career Clarity Appointment, you’ll be emailed a link to book your 60-minute, virtual Assessment Results Appointment. Once your Results Appointment is booked, you’ll be emailed a link to complete the assessment itself, which is completed independently and at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

During your Assessment Results Appointment, we’ll explore your assessment report and discuss how you can use your results to make progress on your career priorities. You’ll receive a PDF copy of your report as well as resources to help you dive deeper into your results.

The Strong Interest Inventory 244 can help you discover the careers that match your interests and work style, while narrowing down options and providing direction for you to explore further. 

This assessment can also be used for education planning to help you choose an education or training program that is aligned with your interests. The report includes a list of career options and programs.

Following your assessment results appointment you will receive a PDF copy of your Strong Interest Inventory 244 Profile Report as well as a summary of your ideas and key concepts discussed.
